A royal shave means smooth skin without irritation — and thirty minutes when you don’t have to be anywhere. A hot towel softens the skin and stubble so the razor glides, even on a coarse beard.
How it goes
- hot towel and pre-shave oil;
- lather applied with a brush;
- straight-razor shave with the grain;
- cold towel to close the pores;
- soothing after-shave care.
This service is done by our top barber Vladyslav Stas. It pairs well with a haircut before a big day.
FAQ
Is it OK for sensitive skin?
Yes. Hot-towel prep and shaving with the grain keep irritation to a minimum. Let your barber know about sensitivity.
How much stubble do I need?
Ideally 2–5 days’ growth. A longer beard is trimmed down with clippers first.
Why don’t junior barbers offer it?
Straight-razor work takes a lot of experience, so we leave it to our top barbers.
